1. How are your sizes?

Our activewear generally runs true to size. For most items, we recommend choosing your normal size. Our FreeLuxe leggings are specially designed with a 'one size fits most' fit and comfortably fit sizes S to XL. 2. What material is your sportswear made of?

Our premium sportswear is made from high-performance, technical fabrics developed for comfort and performance. Our signature FreeLuxe fabric is an innovative 4-way stretch fabric that is soft, breathable and moisture-wicking. The exact material composition varies per collection and is stated on the product page of each item.

3. Are your products suitable for intensive workouts?

Absolutely! Our activewear is designed to perform during different types of workouts - from yoga and pilates to strength training. We're working hard behind the scenes to create a new collection that suits intense workouts like HIIT and running. Our fabrics are durable, breathable and moisture-wicking, making them ideal for both light and intense workouts.

4. How should I wash my Federal Violet clothing?

For the best lifespan of your garments, we recommend washing at 30°C with similar colours, using a mild detergent and not adding fabric softener. Avoid the dryer and hang your items to dry. This will help maintain the elasticity and shape of the fabric.

5. Do you have sustainable or eco-friendly options?

Sustainability is an important aspect of our business philosophy. We are continuously working on improving our production processes and reducing our ecological footprint. We have made several items from recycled materials such as the Form Collection and of course the FreeLuxe leggings that last a long time and can still be used in different sizes. We continue to look for ways to reduce our impact on the environment. Our packaging materials consist of recycled paper and plastic, some of which is also biodegradable.

6. Can I return items if they don't fit?

Yes, we understand that online shopping can sometimes be challenging when it comes to fit. You can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of receipt. For more information on our returns policy, please visit our returns page or contact our customer service team.

7. How does Federal Violet support charities?

For every purchase we donate €1 to a charity. These donations are made every 6 months and we keep our customers updated via email and social media with the details, such as the name of the charity and their goals. Charity and community support are fundamental values to our brand.

8. Are your sports bras suitable for large cup sizes?

We are designing sports bras with different levels of support, including options for larger cup sizes. Our Embrace sports bra offers medium to high support and is available in a wide range of sizes. Please check the size guide on the product page for specific sizing recommendations.

9. How long does shipping take?

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but is typically 2-5 business days within the Netherlands. International shipping can take 5-10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

10. Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes, we like to reward our loyal customers! Our Violet Loyalty Club program offers points for purchases, reviews, and birthdays that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. Sign up for our loyalty program via our website or at checkout to start collecting points.
